Hi,
If you have been in the article writing business from longtime, you would definitely know by now the importance of having a high CTR or click through rate and the effect that it brings to your website which means in case you increase the amount of your click through rate, the number of visitors to your website also increases dramatically thereby promoting your traffic and finally your conversions and in case you are selling your own products, or you are performing affiliate marketing, or you are offering a service, then you can double the amount of your earnings by just increasing your click through rate.

Now, in order to do this, you first have to understand what is your reader really looking for and this can be basically ascertained by taking a look at the keywords you are targeting.

Now if your keyword says something like" "how to drive safer", it only means that your reader is a one that already knows how to drive but is keen to get a few tips on how to make his or her driving style safer, possibly because they have a brand new relatives, or possibly because he/she was involved in a vehicle accident. one time the keyword is chosen on your copy, the reader then proceeds to your resource box which is the specific place where you wanna pour in everything and make the reader more interested, so interested to the point that she or she would be enticed to go the next level and click over and check what you wanna offer.

In case you see success in this strategy, you would definitely see your click through rate increase exponentially so check your resource box consistently and make sure it is filled up properly and in doing so, you will wanna include both a text version and an HTML version of your link where in the text version, you can type your link as the way it looks and in the HTML version, you will be needing an anchor text. The anchor text is the one that hides and describes your link so make sure that your anchor text includes your keyword or keyword phrase so the customers can basically identify the content of your link.

You wanna choose the words that you put in your resource box wisely since most article directories agree to take up to a maximum of four links in your resource box and the HTML resource box can only accommodate upto five hundred characters. and in case you feel that you have already put a lot on your articles and you have closely followed the rules ensuring that everything is set up properly, then the next thing to do is submit your articles to the most popular article directories.
