No.1 on Google.com - nowhere on Google.uk? Empty No.1 on Google.com - nowhere on Google.uk?

I have a no.1 ranking for important keywords on Google.com but I am nowhere on the UK listings. Do you have any ideas how I can improve my UK listings?

its just a normal experience, .com and .uk have different data centers..as for ranking well in .uk, it is ideal if you could get links from listing from .uk..like local targeting
