Web Design: What We Really Want in a User Experience
Hi Everyone,
Here’s a lot of different metrics and ideas going around every week/month/year about how we really want to design, for the optimal user experience. People spend a lot of time on things like rounded corners, drop shadows and special glossy effects to make things look “Web 2.0? but the real question lies in what does the end-user, the reader really want when they come to a website; do they even notice the rounded corners versus the normal squared-off ones? Do they even notice or care that your font is dark grey instead of black? The simple answer is not whether or not they notice those little things, it’s about whether or not they care.
