Hi,
Almost every Internet user knows the value of Google, it's the most widely used search engine in the world. If you have a website and you don't see it in Google, then you need to do something about it. The internet holds more information than any other one of man's inventions, so this calls for a complex yet easy to navigate structure. Google, Yahoo, and Bing are the three largest search engines who are now responsible for hosting almost all internet searches and also making sure that we can find what we are searching for. Getting your site in front of viewers all comes down to how well it is optimized. SEO, also known as search engine optimization, is ideal for people who are trying to get visitors to their site and don't want to pay outrageous prices to get them. Unfortunately, SEO is one of the fields where there is too much bad advice going around for someone who doesn't know any better to be able to tell the difference. Stick with this article and you will become aware of some major mistakes to steer clear of when applying you SEO techniques.

The main mistake beginning webmasters make is attempting SEO with keywords that aren't narrowed down. It is a true statement that SEO requires keywords, but too many keywords can get you penalized by the search engines because they'll think you're just spamming with your site. You will lose your site's high rank because of too many keywords, and that means you'll also get less traffic. The readers of your site will become turned off because they're looking for content that's legible and offers the information they seek. It is important to remember not to make the other mistake, which is to never plagiarize content from other sites, as that's not a good thing to do. If you copy content, you won't get far. Nobody may notice that your site is using plagiarized content at first, but eventually people will find out. The largest downfall is that the search engines have figured out how to get around this, and they can recognize content that's been duplicated. Search engines use filters to quarantine sites that use copied content, and if your site gets stuck in there, you won't rank very high. This is why it's important to use content that both visitors and the search engines will like.

Not having search engine friendly content will simply kill your campaign, and yet it is a common mistake many make. Webmasters put in the effort to create a masterpiece out of their site but in this process they forget to add relevant content to their site. You should learn to create content for SEO correctly because it counts. Try not to add any individual posts to your site that are less than 300-400 words and your keywords should number between 3-5 inside every 100 words of content. Adding your keyword to the title of your content will help with your ranking. Avoid any form of keyword stuffing in your content as it can harm your ranking.
