• Clear and consistent navigation: ensure that visitors know what pages they are on, what they can do and where they are in the site.

• Provide plenty of content: have a good volume of content which includes customer reviews, product information and blogs.

The content is the most important element on your website. This is what your visitors come to look at so make sure it is well written and aimed at your target market. Talk about benefits rather than features and encourage your visitors to interact with your site in a variety of ways. First impressions are still important.
