How internet has changed our lives

Imagine if you wanted to go to a specific address - maybe for an important business meeting or even to a party, but you do not know how to get to that place. Years ago that would be a problem: you would have asked someone or would have bought a map. Nowadays, you have a Smartphone with internet access anytime you want. Just look for the address on Google and easily you will get there – and you won't need to ask anyone.

The world has changed. And many changes were caused by the internet, the development of the e-commerce sites, online business and therefore, the web designing company. A 15-year-old boy surely can't understand how his father used to study without Google or how the older people used to talk with friends, to work or to send important messages. His world just makes sense if he thinks in Google, Facebook, Skype or Twitter. His father, a 40-year-old businessman, grew up when the typewriter wasn't part of a museum collection yet. The world is different in computer era and even more different now, when internet is as important in daily life as potable water or electricity.

And these changes have affected not only teenagers or individual internet users: it also changed the work in corporations and enterprises. Years ago it was more difficult for managers to give fast answers to some corporative problem. Now, using a Smartphone or a tablet, it's possible to send e-mails faster, making easier the company's decisions. If an employee is working outside company he does not need to come back office to solve any problem, and the relationship with clients – in sales, for example - can be done just using the internet. It's the e-commerce, the best way to sell things nowadays. Only in UK, the internet industry earned 100 billion dollars in 2010. Think about China, the most populous country in the world. According to China Internet Network Information Center there are over 380 million internet users in the country, more than the US' population. And the e-commerce in China was responsible for 40 billion dollars incoming in 2010.

Those numbers mean that is impossible for any enterprise work without web tools and software in the modern world. Owners and managers understand that it is necessary to have a good internet policy, and usually hire, for example, a web designing company. It's a way to develop, customize solutions and get services, improving a company's website and increasing the e-commerce. Experts in the information technology field are available worldwide, ready to work for companies even from far and different countries. Yes, the world has changed. And companies – as persons – need to track the changes to keep understating the world. And keep profiting.
