What are the hardest keywords to rank on page 1 on Google? Empty What are the hardest keywords to rank on page 1 on Google?

I think some of them are:
facebook
insurance
mortage

The keywords should be all year around not some that just become popular for a few days.


However, I would like to know what makes the #1 factor for deternming the hardest keyword to rank on page 1? Meaning, what is the #1 thing (besides backlinks) I should look for the websites that are ranking on page one for a certain keyword?
